POST-CONFERENCE on Friday, April 26 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. covering the CPH Exam Review. There is a separate registration fee of $50 to attend this post-conference (full conference registration or one-day registration is NOT required to attend the post-conference).

CONTINUING EDUCATION We are in the process of finalizing the CE provider for the 2019 Annual Conference.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received in writing by April 2, 2019 will be issued a refund less a $50 processing fee. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER April 2, 2019. APHN reserves the right to cancel. In the unlikely event of cancellation, APHN is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, transportation, and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant.
